The Light Within

When it's quiet, and you can feel the still breeze
When your mind drifts into the distance with ease
He enters stealthily with earnest whispers
Delivering wisdom, clearing paths, opening doors and shutters

He comforts you; he brings peace
He stirs your hearts; his passion will not cease
He is relentless but wise
His desire is your life.

He burns, and he toils deep into the night
He tears, but he is strong.
He cares, seeing it till the end with might
Seeing him means no turning back,
your life now is on a new track.

You will burn as he burns
You will tear like he tears
His strength will be yours
His smile, his comfort his years.
