Immediately getting an answer from God

My experience testifies to God's faithfulness to his word to answer our prayers if we follow him.

It was a quiet morning, and I was alone at home, free to get many things done. I sat in my office, embroiled in recovering a long-lost password. Unfortunately, I could not put it off any longer since I needed it to complete my tedious work. A few hours later, without having finished, the front door opened, and the familiar noise of excitement and activity greeted my ears.

Despite the compulsion to finish my task, I pulled myself away to engage with the instigators of this infectious energy. Everyone's energy expulsion brought the need to replenish and refocus the brain. We sometimes ordered food from takeaways, and this was going to be one of those occasions.

Lately, I had been sticking to the vegetarian options, but a small voice inside tweaked my head to the side. Having made efforts to keep the health laws and ensure that all foods eaten were in the “clean” category, the voice raised an eyebrow at even that vegetarian option.
