The Beast of Revelation: A follow up
The West is, beyond a doubt, the “Beast of Revelation”. I wrote about this in an earlier post, but I am moved to discuss it again for emphasis. This fact is so obvious that it’s hard to believe; nevertheless, I will show you a simple and clear piece of evidence that reveals the truth.
A beast is an empire, and the empire under the microscope is the Roman or Western empire. Therefore, having the mark of the beast is having the mark of the Western Empire. It is as simple as that. Unfortunately, for those who have taken that mark, Revelation 14 makes it clear they will suffer the undiluted wrath of God.
Revelation 13 outlines that those with the mark will be able to buy and sell, and the mark will not be limited to a specific group. Everyone, except those who stand fast with God, will be forced to take this mark. Buying and selling is simply the act of trading.
