We have heard many times, especially those who have come into contact with Christianity, that Jesus is coming soon. For hundreds, even thousands of years, these words have been in many languages and cultures, yet here we are and no return of the king. The Word of God says what it means and means what it says, so how come there has not been a return yet?
Jesus is coming soon
Is it that God’s definition of short is much longer than our definition of short? He told us to watch for the signs he gave us, but should we watch if he isn’t going to come during our generation?
YES
How will you know if he is coming in your generation unless you watch? God is speaking to you, and he has made it personal; He is speaking to you as an individual, and the context is to you personally.
Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
It doesn’t matter if God comes in 150 years or 1,000 years or even 1,000,000 years because you will not live that long. You only have your lifespan to choose to follow God and embrace his truth. You only have until you die to make that choice, to choose God and walk perfectly in his law. So many die young, and then their fate is sealed with no coming back. For each of us he is coming soon!
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
Choose today who you will serve
Please make your choice now before it is too late. No one knows what will happen tomorrow. Nobody knows how long before their time is up, before they close their eyes, die and seal their fate. At that time, will you have the seal of God or the Mark of the Beast?
He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
