Knowing what the Mark of the Beast is of the utmost importance, and due to this fact, it has been exploited by the wicked for purposes of confusion and personal gain. The people have been corralled into a state of confusion where they struggle to find the truth or stay with it, which is there to set them free.
The mark of the beast has been said to be:

The masses flock to these wild deceptions because of the spark of incredible that surrounds them and the divisive nature they exhibit. We live in a world where people have been treated as merchandise (2 Peter 2:1-3) for so long, using division tactics to keep them blind while selling them another product. The purpose, in this case, is to distract the people from the heart of the matter, spending their time chasing fanciful incantations and leaving them deceived, tired, discouraged, confused, submissive and in their final death throes, they give in to the open arms of religion (including atheism) and the world.
There you will spend a lot of time memorising their doctrine, either through their literature, schools, universities, media and many outlets, including the almighty television–one of the greatest transmissions of filth and deception ever invented.
To understand the mark of the beast, you must understand all of the following, with the most critical being worship and what it is.
