The simple effort of keeping the commands of God is beyond the typical “Christian”. God has been relegated to mere passing belief, and life has become more important. The casual approach to the almighty is bewildering while the clock ticks, the bell tolls, and the sun sets on lukewarm lives. Do they indeed love or hate God?
It is sad to see, but my tears are wasted on the “wise”. The stubborn mule celebrates its useless knowledge but does not recognise that it doesn’t know God.
If the creator is sovereign, holding life and death in his hands, what would be the purpose of serving anyone else but him? Isn’t it obvious as the light of the day that nothing else anyone accomplishes on earth outside of worshipping God matters? To abide in his will is to acknowledge that all life comes from the light of all colours.
The world has chosen to defile the rainbow—to defile the glory of God. They walk daily in sin without a glimpse of the futility of their steps. There is no care in the world and no fear of God.
They walk and justify their sins while finding it grievous to keep the commands of God. There is no remorse within the grip of religion or the world. The hidden hand has blinded their eyes, and they do not know God to receive his Son—the Spirit that will lead them into all truth.
The world punishes anyone who abides in God. It deceives many, having them believe that they serve God while keeping them gripped in the world. They fear persecution and accept the delusion while hoping the mercy of God will spare them from the wrath to come.
I want you to know that the time for repentance is now. God’s grace is now in action, and death is not reckoned on us when we sin. Do you wish to sin and tempt him while sitting in the hope of exclusion from punishment? Why not simply stop sinning?
Is the fear of the world more remarkable than the power of God? Those who know God understand that there is no power greater than him. The Spirit of truth is the breath of the power of God. He is given to lead into all understandings, and when he walks with us, we are without fear of defeat.
25. For she is the breath of the power of God, and a pure influence flowing from the glory of the Almighty: therefore can no defiled thing fall into her.
26. For she is the brightness of the everlasting light, the unspotted mirror of the power of God, and the image of his goodness.
