Coming to Jesus Christ: Revealing Truth

There are times when I stop hearing God’s voice, and at those times, I feel alone and abandoned. The more I pull away by not reinforcing my bond through immersing myself in Him, the more the connection dims. The more I engage with the world, the more the relationship with God is severed, but to revitalise that connection, I volunteer to be taught by God by keeping his law which is essentially coming to Jesus.

I cry out in my heart and implore God to reassure me that I still walked with him and was still on the journey to righteousness. I have given my life over to him, despite the many challenges:

  • laughed at by colleagues
  • ridiculed by so-called Christians
  • being the target of exploitation — the defacto position of everyone when you turn away from evil
  • caught in the crosshair of those who search the Beast
  • sought by the arrogant and those who want to recruit the enlightened for their cause by any means

Staying Focused

Staying focused and Coming to Jesus

The flesh is powerful and, at times, causes me to succumb to distractions. Tiredness or lust. Taking my eye off Him for one second and then two is enough to fall back into the world’s ways. Those who will ultimately bring God’s judgement of this world to fruition have devised ingenious systems of sin to suck people down the rabbit hole to hell.

The key to this walk is to keep moving and respond to the Spirit. Trust and obey—study the scriptures & change accordingly.

Jesus walked the earth and showed us the way to the kingdom—righteousness. What is in our hearts defile us, but God determines the measure of what is good and thus, to be righteous is to do the things of God. He demonstrated the power of God and lived a life that ensured that there was no confusion between God’s kingdom and this world.

Coming to Jesus

To achieve acceptance into the kingdom of God is a simple principle. Follow the instructions of God, including those delivered through his Son. This simple act opens the door to being instructed by God. And when receiving such teachings, you must follow. Accepting the banner is easy, but the world will indeed fight viciously against you, and that’s hard, but rest assured that God is with His servants.

He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Matthew 11:15 (KJV)

The Left Behind

So many people are blinded by the world and by fear, not knowing the power of God. You can live for the world now and avoid the persecution that the world will render, or you can suffer and serve God and reap the rewards later. God knows your suffering, and He will repay all of them who have inflicted the suffering.

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

2 Corinthians 4:4 (KJV)
